Reiki is not a substitute for medical treatment. It is complementary with other medical treatments, healing modalities and therapies, and may speed healing and recovery time from injury or illness.
How often do I need a Session?
The number of sessions required will vary depending on wellness goals and/or the complexity of condition.
For an introduction to Reiki, a series of 4-6 sessions scheduled once every week or two is highly recommended.
After the introduction treatments, at least one Reiki session a month is recommended for regular maintenance, relaxation, rebalancing and reenergizing. Regular, ongoing Reiki sessions are best when someone wishes to work on a specific issue or health concern.
