Meet Sarah.
I have been interested in Complementary and Integrative Medicine for as long as I can remember.
Even as a child I was fascinated by how the plants we grew in the garden could be used to heal many of our health issues. I have always strongly believed in the mind-body connection and how mind, body and spirit need to be in balance, or it will result in dis-ease in one form or another.
I have worked in the healthcare industry for over 20 years, and have always had a passion for natural therapies, nutrition and learning new holistic modalities. I had my first Reiki treatment in 2011 and knew right away that I wanted to be able to share this amazing technique with others. I immediately followed through with all the courses to become a certified Reiki Master-Teacher of the Usui/Tibetan system of healing and am now a registered member of the Canadian Reiki Association.
Always looking for new ways to help people, expand my knowledge and how to enhance my gifts as a healer, I then studied holistic nutrition at the Alive Academy of Natural Health and became a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Registered Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner. Currently, I am taking an herbal program with a focus on women’s health to be able to tie everything together for a well-rounded approach.
I am incredibly passionate about helping people reclaim a state of balance in their health, and lives, and to realize their own personal truths. This helps them to live a life of greater meaning and have a deeper connection with themselves and the world around them.
